What does made-to-order mean?
Your piece does not exist until you order it. When your order is confirmed, the artisan begins.
Why does it take weeks?
Because a skilled person is making it by hand. The time between your order and delivery is when the craft is happening.
Can I see it before it ships?
Yes. We share an image when the plate is complete. You confirm before anything ships.

How long does delivery take?
Standard: 3–4 weeks to dispatch. Custom: 5–6 weeks. Worldwide shipping. Confirmed at checkout.
How is it packaged?
Rigid box. Inner tray holds the plate by its rim only — surface never under pressure. Additional protection for international shipments.

What is your returns policy?
Custom pieces cannot be returned. Standard pieces: write to us within seven days. We are reachable. We take this seriously.
